Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in air conditioning units.
- Install and commission new HVAC systems and equipment as required.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and other team members.

Requirements:
- Trade qualification as a Millwright (Red Seal).
- Proven experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills specific to HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and respond to call-outs when necessary.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
