Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Lead sales teams to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Stock Management: Implement robust strategies to control inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize losses.
  • Store Presentation and Merchandising: Maintain an attractive store environment that showcases our products and enhances the customer experience.
  • Safety, Security, and Housekeeping: Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees alike.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Matric qualification
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management
