About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor in our Cape Town region, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences at Cavendish Square. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, leading a high-performing team, and implementing innovative strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing all aspects of a store
- Maximizing turnover and profit
- Stock loss control and prevention
- Delivering exceptional customer service by implementing customer experience strategy
- Leading Talent selection, training, coaching, retention and recognize initiatives for all team members
- Innovative visual merchandising to optimize sales
- Implementing all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining health & safety practices
- Optimizing team through creating an inspiring environment
- Aligning team members to Company culture and create fun
Requirements
- 2 years of Supervisory experience
- Matric or Equivalent
- Microsoft Computer Proficiency
- Clear Criminal record
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
