About the Role
The Divisional Operations Manager â FMCG will be responsible for leading and implementing operational plans to drive business objectives, while fostering strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement operational plans aligned to client and business objectives
- Drive sales performance, merchandising compliance, and product availability
- Manage relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales data, operational performance, and market trends
- Ensure promotional execution and in-store visibility
- Lead, develop, and motivate large operational and merchandising teams
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and cost control
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or related qualification
- 5 years experience in FMCG operations management
- At least 3 years in a middle management leadership role
- Proven experience managing large field teams in retail and wholesale environments
- Strong experience in sales operations, merchandising execution, and client relationship management
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
