About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Retail Manager to join our team at West Coast Personnel in Kimberley. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while leading, mentoring, and managing branch managers and staff to ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with policies.
