About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Polokwane, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue maximization for our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve efficient internal coordination and compliance with the company’s sales and operational processes
Conduct market analysis and provide sales reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings & calls, relationship building, and sales presentations
Negotiate and collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Manage event/conference payments and commission
Maintain stock control and optimize hotel revenue and profitability

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
Valid driver’s license & own reliable motor vehicle
3+ Years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience with corporate, government, and leisure markets (preferred)
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Opera, SalesForce, or similar)
