About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Polokwane, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue maximization for our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve efficient internal coordination and compliance with the company’s sales and operational processes
  • Conduct market analysis and provide sales reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings & calls, relationship building, and sales presentations
  • Negotiate and collaborate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage event/conference payments and commission
  • Maintain stock control and optimize hotel revenue and profitability

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license & own reliable motor vehicle
  • 3+ Years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with corporate, government, and leisure markets (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Opera, SalesForce, or similar)
