About the Role
Motus Daimler Trucks Polokwane is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative: New Vehicles to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for customers and achieve sales targets in accordance with company policy.
- Sell the maximum number of new trucks to achieve maximum profit.
- Ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION at all times.
- Initiate and close deals independently and with confidence.
- Manage customer relationships by offering test drives, evaluation of pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct efficient sales promotion activities by participating in sales events.
- Maintain good relationships internally and externally through excellent communication.
- Review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets, and other activities with the Sales Manager for continued improvement.
Requirements
- Sales experience in the Truck Industry.
- Proven sales track record.
- Ability to work under and be results orientated.
- Financial understanding of business.
- Excellent product knowledge.
- Positive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license (Code 14).
- Clear Criminal Record.
- Minimum 3-years sales experience in the Truck Industry.
- Volume sales experience.
- Work related/OEM related system know-how.
