About the Role
The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the brands digital positioning across B2C and B2B channels, ensuring optimal reach, engagement, and conversion. This role oversees all digital and e-commerce activity in collaboration with the Marketing team and digital agency, ensuring accurate, compelling content across websites, social platforms, and third-party channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital brand positioning and online commercial performance
- Manage website content, social media, and third-party platforms
- Oversee paid media, SEO, and e-commerce optimisation
- Develop and execute CRM strategy to grow and leverage customer data
- Manage digital marketing budget and agency performance
- Align digital activity with integrated marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Proven digital marketing experience
- Experience in brand management and activation projects
- Strong knowledge of social media, website management, and e-commerce
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and reporting
- Understanding of customer service and sales within hospitality/events (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing (advantageous)
- Valid drivers license
