About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) to join our team at Communicate Finance. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling sales-focused campaigns across multiple paid media channels. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through data-driven decision making and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale sales-focused campaigns across major ad networks and proprietary performance platforms
- Allocate and manage budgets with precision, ensuring every investment delivers measurable commercial value
- Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and messaging to maximise conversion efficiency and cost-per-sale outcomes
- Analyse campaign behaviour, performance metrics, and audience data to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Develop data-led recommendations to refine existing campaigns and unlock new growth areas
- Introduce experimental strategies and emerging paid media techniques to drive stronger ROI and revenue impact
Requirements
- Solid track record managing paid campaigns where sales and profitability were the primary KPIs
- Experience working with larger-scale budgets and optimising spend for commercial impact
- Certification in Google Ads or demonstrably strong hands-on experience managing high-performance Google campaigns
- Comfort navigating multiple advertising ecosystems, including search, social, and niche or internal ad portals

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
