About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Partner Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an administrative and client service support role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our financial planning practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client service support to Financial Planners
• Assist with client onboarding and FICA compliance
• Process new business and investment transactions
• Prepare client review packs and financial reports
• Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems such as Xplan
• Liaise with product providers and internal teams

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in financial services/wealth administration
• Experience supporting financial planners or wealth advisors
• Knowledge of Xplan or similar financial planning system experience
• Familiarity with FAIS and FICA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Qualifications

• Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
