RPO Recruitments client, a leading construction company in South Africa is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their team on one of their latest roads projects in Pietermaritzburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the construction of the project from planning through to completion Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in the project Monitor contractual compliance and the performance of the project Control project costs, cash flow, and reporting for the project Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site Liaise with the client, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project Requirements: BSc/BEng/BTech in Civil Engineering or related qualification Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry Proven experience managing large civil infrastructure projects specifically national roads projects Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC, GCC or similar) Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Professional registration (Pr Eng/Pr CPM) essential Benefits: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
