Our successful Security Managers · effectively manage at a senior level all aspects of the companys security operations to ensure a safe environment for all guests, staff, their belongings and company assets · manage the security budget and take prompt action to reduce over-spending · liaise and build a strong relationship with private and state law enforcement agencies · manage the investigation of all incidents and implement measures to avoid recurrence · ensure that security equipment is regularly maintained to ensure minimal downtime · ensure security related information is reported promptly and accurately to relevant people · build a competent and motivated team of security officers through confident and caring leadership. · do budget controls, management and deployment of contract security · are familiar with municipal bylaws governing events, strategic planning of events · implement and enforce procedures · do accurate and timeous reporting and record keeping of incidents and risk assessment If you have these qualifications, join our team : Matric (NQF4), PSIRA registration Grade A, Knowledge of PSIRA rules, regulations and requirements, strong managerial skills and a minimum of five years experience in a Security Management position.
