Are you driven, confident, and serious about earning based on your performance? HYPA is looking for Sales Specialists: FTTH (Freelancer) to join our team. This role gives you control over your income. The more you sell, the more you earn. We provide the product knowledge, tools, and support. You focus on selling fiber to the home services in your allocated area. Your role is simple. You introduce households to HYPAs fiber packages through door-to-door and online sales. You explain the benefits clearly. You build trust. You close deals. You represent the brand in your community. You answer questions. You handle objections. You make sure customers understand the value of reliable, high-speed fiber. If you want a role where your effort directly impacts your earnings, this is for you. Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door and online sales. Educate potential customers about HYPA’s products and services. Achieve sales targets and report on your progress. Represent the HYPA brand professionally and enthusiastically. Grade 12 or equivalent South African ID Clear criminal record Smartphone with reliable internet access Able to work in the designated field daily Skills Strong communication skills. Confident speaking to customers face-to-face. Able to explain products in simple terms. Good listening skills. Basic digital skills, WhatsApp, email, and online forms. Remuneration: This is a commission-based role with a clear earning structure: 1 to 15 Sales = R150 each sale 16 Sales = R225 each sale 30 Sales = Bonus on top!
