Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven CRM Specialist with proven experience in Optimove within the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven CRM strategies to drive player acquisition, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value through targeted, automated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
  • Manage automated player lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, churn prevention, VIP, reactivation).
  • Develop segmentation strategies based on player behaviour, value, and lifecycle stage.
  • Ensure timely campaign deployment aligned with promotional calendars.

Optimove Management

  • Build and manage campaigns within Optimove.
  • Create dynamic target groups using behavioural and predictive data.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign results and continuously optimize based on data insights.

iGaming Focus

  • Drive engagement through sportsbook and/or casino promotions.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Product, and BI teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Support responsible gaming initiatives within CRM communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on key CRM KPIs (Open Rates, CTR, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, LTV).
  • Analyse player behaviour trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, BI, and Product teams.
  • Brief creative teams on campaign requirements and messaging.
  • Ensure accurate bonus setup and promotion execution.

Minimum Requirements

  • 24+ years CRM experience within the iGaming industry (essential).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Optimove (essential).
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management.
  • Experience with campaign automation and segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of compliance and responsible gaming frameworks.
