Are you a Murex Extractions Specialist with a passion for data integrity, performance optimization, and problem-solving? What You’ll Be Doing

As the Murex Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the extractions component of the Murex trading system is accurate, reliable, and continuously improving. You’ll troubleshoot complex data issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure business users have the insights they need-on time and with precision.

Design & Development:
Develop, enhance, and maintain Murex reports and data extractions.

Implement fixes, optimizations, and innovative new designs for reporting solutions.
Datamart Management:
Maintain and enhance Datamart tables, feeders, and scripts.

Ensure top-tier data integrity, resolve data anomalies, and support business-critical reporting.
Operational Excellence:
Take ownership of Control-M job monitoring and troubleshooting.

Drive reliability in overnight processes to meet and exceed SLAs.

What You Need to Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in Murex reporting and data extraction
Advanced SQL (Oracle) knowledge – including temporary tables, query troubleshooting, and Datamart extraction techniques
Hands-on expertise with:
- Simulation Views, MRA Views, Market Data Views
- Trade Query and virtual source loading
Strong grasp of Control-M: job dependencies, debugging, and scheduling
Excellent analytical and communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex issues under pressure
