Job Description

An experience Executive Marketing and Estate Sales Director is sought for an established wine and hospitality estate in the Cape Winelands. You will be required to lead, refine, and execute the marketing and estate sales strategy, driving occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning across all estate offerings (accommodation, events, venue hire, hospitality experiences, tourism partnerships and wine). This is a senior role where you will be responsible for driving the brand. The successful candidate will lead the strategy and implementation of marketing and estate sales across the estate. This role combines- Strategic marketing leadership Commercial deal-making Relationship building with key operators, customers and clients. Hands-on execution Brand stewardship The successful candidate will act as the commercial engine behind estate occupancy and positioning. Requirements: SA Citizen Matric / Grade 12 qualification Tertiary education in sales / marketing / commercial highly advantageous Hands on, pro-active approach 10+ years senior marketing and/or commercial leadership experience Sales Experience Proven ability to drive revenue growth Strong hospitality / tourism / estate / luxury brand / wine experience required A natural relationship builder and dealmaker Strong manager and leader of people Ability to build a network Commercially astute and numbers-driven Highly organised and execution-focused Creative thinker with strategic depth Comfortable being highly visible and client-facing Energetic; resilient, and performance-oriented Must have own transport
