- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Very strong administration skills
- Understanding of export fruit quality standards (advantageous)
- Computer literate MS Office and Excel (essential), Vitrax (advantageous)
- Keen eye for detail and excellent email etiquette
- General business understanding
- Own transport
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Outbound Manager with the following during Pack house hours (07h00 – 17h00), possible overtime and night shifts):
- Inventory Management
- PPECB Inspections and Compliance
- Loading and Dispatch Coordination
- Documentation
- Transport Arrangement
- Cold Room Communication
