Job Description

Minimum Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or related field
5+ years’ experience in merchandise planning or inventory management
Proven ability to meet financial targets and optimise stock levels
Strong retail planning system knowledge and advanced Excel skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) advantageous

Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Strong collaboration and crossfunctional teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales, margin, inventory, and OTB plans
Analyse performance, highlight risks/opportunities, and present insights
Manage allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimisation
Support buying with assortment and seasonal planning
Produce accurate forecasts for sales, stock, and markdowns
Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting (Syspro an advantage)
Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
