Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receving/Dispatch Clerk to join our team at KETHELO GROUP in Durban. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and checking incoming stock against supplier invoices
Communicating discrepancies and managing QC processes
Creating stock codes
Generating daily production orders from open sales reports
Managing tagging and transfers
Uploading product images and diamond certificates
Managing our product picture library
Conducting weekly stock takes and reporting variances
Preparing quotes and assisting with production follow-ups
Ensuring accurate processing and set turnaround on incoming items

Requirements

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
