About the Role

Our client in the Commercial Finance industry is seeking a highly motivated and presentable New Business Originator to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for introducing new business and maintaining ongoing relationships, with a focus on developing strong relationships and promoting financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them to understand their financial needs.

• Promote our financial products and services to potential clients and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.

• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with newly introduced clients.

• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.

• Experience in business development in the commercial finance industry will be beneficial.

• Preferably 1 to 3 years’ experience needed.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.

No formal education or certifications are required for this role.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position will be market related, with an incentive structure of 75% of every term.
