About the Role

As an Operations & Service Sales Manager at Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd), you will represent the organization in service contract negotiations and onboarding discussions, overseeing service and project execution from inception to delivery, and developing operational strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

Representing the organization in service contract negotiations and onboarding discussions.
Overseeing service and project execution from inception to delivery.
Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Preparing monthly and quarterly operational performance reports.
Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, government tender requirements, and company policies.
Identifying and mitigating operational and project risks to safeguard organizational integrity.
Building and maintaining strong vendor partnerships to ensure access to cutting-edge technology.
Facilitating training on internal processes, compliance standards, and organizational strategies.
Developing and managing the annual operations budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operational Management, or a related field.
8 years of experience in ICT operations management.
Experience with OEMs such as Dell, HP/E, Huawei, VMware, Veeam.
ITIL Qualification.
Project Management Qualification.
Master’s Degree (Preferred).
Sales or Business Development Certification (Advantageous).

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operational Management, or a related field; ITIL Qualification; Project Management Qualification; Master’s Degree (Preferred); Sales or Business Development Certification (Advantageous).
