About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Events Co-ordinator to join our luxury hotel team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a high-pressure environment, ensuring seamless event execution and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate functions
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate with event planners, clients, and internal teams to deliver successful events
Requirements
- Proven experience in events co-ordination (at least 2 years)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or diploma in hospitality, event management, or a related field (not specified)
