About the Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support two Directors within a premier Financial Services firm. This role is a unique blend of high-level professional coordination and personal lifestyle management, ideal for a self-starter who thrives on making leadership’s lives easier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex professional diaries, travel logistics, and daily workflows for two Directors.
  • Utilize your administrative expertise to handle ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance documentation requirements.
  • Oversee personal matters and logistics for the Directors to ensure seamless integration between their professional and private lives.
  • Maintain an efficient physical and digital filing system and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the Private Equity, Banking, or Investment sectors.
  • Skills: Strong administrative capabilities with specific experience in KYC and compliance processes.
  • Attributes: We are looking for a “thick-skinned,” low-sensitivity professional with a maternal nature and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Flexibility: Ability to act as a true self-starter, managing tasks independently and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Location: Ability to work in-office in Gardens, with hybrid flexibility available following a successful probation period.
