Job Description

Trendy Restaurant in Jhb North area is looking for an Assistant General Manager. Candidates with +7 years Restaurant management experience, of which 4+ years must be as a senior manager will be considered. Must have strong front and back of house management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and fluent in English. Will only consider individuals with exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers preferred. All references must be contactable. Must be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed. Looking for someone who can work under pressure and who works well in a team. Must have strong staff management and training skills. Experience in an upmarket sit-down Restaurant environment essential. Duties will include stock control, opening and closing procedures. Normal Restaurant hours/shifts/weekends apply. Salary 20 25 K CTC depending on experience. Quote Reference RA104 when applying.
