About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at a casino hotel in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior hotel management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Food & Beverage outlets & Banqueting, as well as Rooms Division
- Ensure effective communication to all persons by working closely with Groups & Conventions, National Sales, F & B Control, Kitchen and Finance
- Responsible in ensuring food hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- AA Candidate Grade 12 qualification (Matric)
- Hotel School Diploma or Food & Beverage qualification
- Minimum 5 years senior hotel management experience in 4* hotels, either as a GM or Deputy GM Role in an operation with over 80 rooms
