About the Role
We are seeking an Admin and Accounts Clerk to join our team in the Waterberg region. As a key member of our administrative support, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting services to ensure the smooth operation of our lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process transactions and reconcile accounts
- Provide administrative support to staff and management
- Manage data entry and capture processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Accounting or bookkeeping qualification (advantageous)
- Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role
- Experience in hospitality or lodge environment (advantageous)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
