About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources function across multiple properties, including various hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Administer benefits, payroll, and other HR-related functions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a multi-property hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in South Africa
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Qualifications
- Relevant professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, FRCI) an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R800 000 – R1 200 000 per annum, depending on experience
