About the Role
A casino and hotel group is seeking an experienced Multi-outlet Operations Manager to oversee hospitality/hotel operations within a complex with 4 hotels, a large Convention Centre, and various F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hospitality/hotel operations in a complex with 4 hotels, a Convention Centre, and multiple F&B outlets
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of customer service and hotel management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- Solid hotel and operations management experience in 4* hotels as GM for over 12 years
- Multi-property experience at a Senior Executive Level
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Business Management skills
- Financial acumen and good understanding of company P&Ls
