About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Creditors & Debtors Clerk to join our team in Ballito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, including general bookkeeping duties and submissions to various regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- General Bookkeeping duties
- EMP 201 submission for TRRC SA VAT
- TRRC SA VAT submission
- TRRC RSA SARS maintenance for all SA companies
- CIPC Annual Returns for all SA companies
- Beneficial ownership submission for all SA companies
- Payments of transfers/salaries/suppliers
- Reconciling slips to card transactions
- Fuel recon
- Creditors recons
- PAYE registrations
- UIF registrations
- WCA registrations
- Registering representatives on efiling
- EMP501 submission
- WCA submission
- Income Tax submissions
Requirements
- General Bookkeeping skills
- Experience with TRRC SA VAT submissions
- Knowledge of SARS maintenance for all SA companies
- Understanding of CIPC Annual Returns requirements
- Ability to process beneficial ownership submissions
- Experience with payments processing and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
