About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor with strong drive, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee all maintenance-related functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of maintenance activities to ensure optimal production and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise and successfully manage maintenance projects
- Supervise and implement routine maintenance processes
- Monitor and control work schedules
- Effectively manage personnel development, training, and performance
- Manage maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Monitor and control inventory of tools and spare parts
- Track and monitor logbooks, fuel consumption, and other relevant records
- Handle all maintenance-related administrative tasks
- Establish and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) annually
- Review and update maintenance personnel licenses annually
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant mechanical or electrical experience
- Strong technical knowledge of steelwork, piping systems, electronics, machinery, and automation is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and Pastel software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
