About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lease Controller to join our team in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease data integrity and contract summaries, as well as supporting financial reporting and reconciliation processes related to property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of financial and lease-related data with high accuracy
- Support financial reporting and reconciliation processes related to property portfolios
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Respond to audit queries and support audit processes
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Matric Certificate with Accountancy as a subject (essential)
- Associate Accounting Technician qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in lease administration, lease reporting, or tenant administration within a property management environment
- Experience managing lease data integrity and contract summaries
- Experience supporting financial reporting and reconciliation processes related to property portfolios
- Experience working with property management systems such as SAP, MDA, or similar platforms
