Witbank: Bookkeeper

Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping functions and maintain accurate financial records Bank and account reconciliations Process payments, invoices, and receipts Manage petty cash and ensure proper recordkeeping Handle stock processing and inventory-related transactions Maintain and reconcile debtors accounts Assist with monthly financial reporting and general ledger maintenance Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures Utilize Sage accounting software for all bookkeeping tasks Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field 35 years experience in a bookkeeping role Background or experience within the agriculture sector is essential Proficient in Sage accounting software Strong knowledge of reconciliations, debtors, and stock processing High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Apply now!
