Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior PHP Developer with strong proficiency in Laravel and Vue.js to join their dynamic development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing and expanding their core online vehicle auction and asset management platforms. You will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that drive our business forward and provide exceptional value to our users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and modules for our web applications using PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js.
• Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of our platforms.
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect with internal and external systems, enhancing data flow for vehicle valuations, auction processes, and stock management.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to database design and optimization (e.g., MySQL).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Potentially mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a PHP Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel framework is essential.
• Solid experience with Vue.js for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Proficient understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL, including schema design, optimization, and complex query writing.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of modern web application security best practices.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Skills & Experience (Advantageous):

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries or build tools (e.g., Nuxt.js, Webpack).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the automotive, auction, or e-commerce industries.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
