About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Spa Therapists to join our beautiful Game Reserve Spa in Sandringham, Limpopo. As a Junior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional Spa and Wellness treatments while developing technical competency, confidence, and commercial awareness. This role is designed to support growth into a fully competent Spa Therapist position, requiring a strong commitment to guest experience, operational excellence, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year Spa Therapist qualification
• Minimum 1 year industry experience
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Confident to perform Massage, Skincare, and Wellness treatments
• Proven ability to meet and exceed individual revenue and retail targets

Salary & Benefits

• Commission: 10% on Services & up to 15% on Retail Revenue (excl. VAT)
• Spa Operating Hours: 09:00 – 19:00
• Leave Cycle: 6 weeks (48 days) on, 2 weeks (14 days) off. Or equivalent to 1 Off Day for every 3 days worked.
• Accommodation: Shared accommodation with Daily Staff Meals
