About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Test Engineer to join our team as a Centurion. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and testing of complex test benches, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to project plans, statements of work, and labour estimates for test bench development projects
- Define lower-level hardware requirements for test benches
- Perform high-level architectural design and detailed design, establishing the manufacturing baseline
- Lead scheduling, procurement, and assembly activities
- Coordinate mechanical design and assembly drawings
- Oversee and participate in integration, testing, and qualification activities
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation in line with development processes
- Manage configuration and version control of baselines
- Support troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of test benches
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in test equipment and unit test integration
- 10 years of experience in test system development and electronic circuit design
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or equivalent
