About the Role

Joubert & Associates is seeking a self-disciplined and bright individual to assist with invoicing and ad-hoc tasks as an Admin Assistant on a 9-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record keeping and filing
  • Capture delivery note data onto a software programme daily
  • Assist with client invoicing
  • Continuous communication with the Managing Director and delivery / depot team
  • Assist the delivery / depot team with enquiries relating to the monthly stock taking
  • Place product orders on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Flexibility
  • Administrative experience/qualification will be advantageous
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Accurate, detail-orientated and thorough
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
  • Residing in Wellington/Paarl
  • Stable internet connection
