About the Role
Joubert & Associates is seeking a self-disciplined Admin Assistant to join their team on a 9-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support, specifically focusing on invoicing and ad-hoc tasks, while working remotely in the late afternoon/evening due to the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record keeping and filing
- Capture delivery note data onto a software programme daily
- Assist with client invoicing
- Continuous communication with the Managing Director and delivery / depot team
- Assist the delivery / depot team with enquiries relating to the monthly stock taking
- Place product orders on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements
- Matric
- Flexibility
- Administrative experience/qualification will be advantageous
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Accurate, detail-orientated and thorough
- Excellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Residing in Wellington/Paarl
- Stable internet connection
