Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo

Surge is looking for a dynamic Property Manager to join a privately owned in the heart of Hoedspruit. This unique role combines estate management and property sales, offering a rare opportunity to grow with a fast-developing destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the estate, including facilities such as the clubhouse, gym, restaurant, and other shared amenities.
- Oversee property sales including new unit sales and resales earning commission on successful transactions.
- Build strong relationships with residents, owners, and prospective buyers.
- Transition from a sales-focused role into full estate management as the community grows.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and smooth estate operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in property management and/or property sales.
- Experience in residential or commercial property environments.
- Proven people and relationship management skills a true people person.
- Strong administrative, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Hoedspruit, one of South Africas fastest-growing lifestyle regions.
