Job Description

This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple markets and managing moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain
Exposure to multi-country / cross-border procurement environments
Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One highly advantageous)
Hands-on experience with AI tools
Strong organisational and coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process procurement requests from multiple African markets
Source and obtain supplier quotations across various product categories
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing where required
Coordinate international shipping and logistics
Oversee order tracking from placement through to delivery
Manage invoicing of goods to in-country entities
Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
Work closely with internal stakeholders across regions to ensure timely execution
