Job Description
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain
- Exposure to multi-country / cross-border procurement environments
- Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One highly advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process procurement requests from multiple African markets
- Source and obtain supplier quotations across various product categories
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing where required
- Coordinate international shipping and logistics
- Oversee order tracking from placement through to delivery
- Manage invoicing of goods to in-country entities
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across regions to ensure timely execution
