Job Description

This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple markets and managing moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain
  • Exposure to multi-country / cross-border procurement environments
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Business One highly advantageous)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools 
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process procurement requests from multiple African markets
  • Source and obtain supplier quotations across various product categories
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing where required
  • Coordinate international shipping and logistics
  • Oversee order tracking from placement through to delivery
  • Manage invoicing of goods to in-country entities
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across regions to ensure timely execution
