About the Role

A Senior Management position is available at a South African Restaurant Group in Lubumbashi, Congo, requiring strong general management skills and experience in restaurant administration and food cost control. Key Responsibilities

Oversee both front and back of house operations

Requirements

Over 6 years of Restaurant management experience
