Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing to ensure that functionality, usability, and performance standards are met
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reports
- Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality improvements
- Recommend process improvements to enhance testing efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 35 years experience in software testing (manual and automation)
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, jUnit, or TestNG
- Familiarity with version control and bug tracking systems
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
