About the Role
Communicate Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and growing long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs, and sourcing top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding and growing long-lasting client relationships
- Understanding client needs even better than they do
- Screening, matching & placing top-tier talent
- Advising job seekers like a career GPS
- Finalising client–candidate agreements
- Sourcing on every platform that exists (and some that shouldn’t)
- Posting job ads that actually attract humans
Requirements
- 2–3 years Recruitment or Sales Consultant experience
- Cold calling confidence
- Placement Partner experience
- Strong sourcing & recruiting skills
- Excellent communication
- Organized, target-driven, and personality for days
- Degree/Honours in Industrial Psych, Marketing, or Business
