About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Bloemfontein. As an integral part of our sales-focused environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, managing stock, and providing administrative support to our Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the office daily (morning and afternoon procedures)
- Assist Sales Representatives with processing and preparing outgoing orders
- Manage stock control and maintain accurate stock records
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Provide general sales and administrative support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel if required
- Available to start as soon as possible
