About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC Manager to lead our quality control function within a fast-paced automotive or mining equipment environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and relevant automotive/mining regulations
- Oversee inspections, testing, and quality audits of materials and finished products
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Manage and mentor QC teams and inspectors
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality
- Monitor supplier quality and manage supplier audits
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in quality control within automotive or mining equipment sectors
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
- Experience with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, etc.)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
