About the Role
A busy new restaurant in the Kyalami area is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chef and kitchen management, with a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and monitor variances
- Conduct regular staff management and lead the kitchen brigade
- Maintain accurate food cost records
- Ensure adherence to kitchen hygiene standards
