About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent with native fluency in both Dutch and English to join our dynamic team at SA Commercial (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information on flights, schedules, and travel requirements.
- Utilize complex computer systems to access and manage customer data.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) – bilingual fluency is mandatory.
- Preferably experience in call center customer service.
- Comfortable with complex and technical computer systems.
- Team player with an international outlook.
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, including weekends (Operating hours: Mon–Sun, 07:00–22:00 NL time).
- Flexible work hours post-training: 40 hours/week standard, 36 or 32 hours possible.
