About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Administrator/Fleet Administrator to join our team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office and management team, as well as assist with fleet administration and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
  • Assist with fleet administration, including vehicle records, licenses, and service schedules
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Track and update fleet documentation and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and service providers
  • Handle basic reporting, data capturing, and filing
  • Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist with general queries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role (fleet/admin experience advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to adapt quickly and take initiative
  • Presentable, energetic, and reliable
