About the Role
We are seeking an Administration & Stock Management Officer to join our team at an agricultural facility in the Northern Cape region. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and manage stock levels, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Excel-based reporting and data capturing.
- WhatsApp correspondence with clients and suppliers.
- Client communication — professional and timely.
- Follow up on logistics (deliveries, dispatches, documentation).
- Client FICA documentation — collect, verify, and file.
- Capturing of grading results into the system.
- Maintaining stock reconciliations against physical records.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Own reliable transport
