About the Role

We are seeking an Administration & Stock Management Officer to join our team at an agricultural facility in the Northern Cape region. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and manage stock levels, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excel-based reporting and data capturing.
  • WhatsApp correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Client communication — professional and timely.
  • Follow up on logistics (deliveries, dispatches, documentation).
  • Client FICA documentation — collect, verify, and file.
  • Capturing of grading results into the system.
  • Maintaining stock reconciliations against physical records.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Own reliable transport
